Early lead secures win for Wolfpack

Butler, PA - WCCC jumped out to an early lead on Butler CCC and captured a 13-1 victory on Tuesday at Butler. The game was decided quickly as the Wolfpack  exerted their will early with eight runs in the first three innings. An RBI single by Giuseppe Schiano, a two-run double by Ron Baron, an RBI single by Matt Callaway, and a sacrifice fly by Patrick Jobes in the first inning fueled the Pack offense early. Schiano had a hot bat going 4-5 as  Matt Hogue picked up the win allowing no earned runs, five hits and one walk while striking out four over seven innings of work. WCCC (7-19) will look to add to their win column as they host CCAC Boyce at 3:00 PM.
