Green Triumphs in Baseball World Series

Baseball playoff action was in the air as the baseball team finished up their fall season with their annual Green & White World Series. As the leaves were changing colors so was the scoreboard as sophomore, Mitch Matlas's walk-off single was the difference maker as the green team rallied for a thrilling come from behind 9-8 victory over the white team. Freshman pitcher/infielder, Jordan Jones, picked up the mound win in relief. The baseball team will begin spring workouts in mid-late January in preparation for their spring season which begins March 9 in Myrtle Beach, SC.
