Auckerman Pounds out Six RBI’s in Win

Branson Auckerman drove in six run on the afternoon as  Westmoreland County Community College pounded out an 18-6 win over Butler County Community College. Both pitching staffs had their hands full, frequently dealing with runners on base throughout the game as Westmoreland collected 14 hits and Butler had 15.  Garrett Stevenson was credited with the victory for Westmoreland as they improved to 2-11 on the season. Garrett surrendered six runs on 13 hits over six innings, striking out five and walking zero. Zack Blystone threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Batter's Box:

Auckerman, Stevenson, Phoenix Brown, and Noah Hansen all collected multiple hits for Westmoreland. Auckerman led the hitting parade for the Pack, as hit for the cycle adding HR, 3B, 2B and a single.
