Men's Basketball Comes Up Short in Closing Seconds

Youngwood, PA - Trailing by 13 points with just under four minutes remaining in the second half, the men's basketball team used a strong defensive surge while draining numerous three points to make it a one score game. However, in the closing seconds, it wasn't enough as Marcus Mullen's last second shot came up short as the Wolfpack lost 89-86 and fell to (4-6) on the season. Mullen posted a career high 18 points on the night as Daniel King led all Wolfpack scorers with 22 points. Westmoreland will host CCAC Allegheny at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
