Lions attack late for win

Youngwood, Pa. - Alex Stemmler's goal early in the second half put WCCC up 2-1 against Penn State New Kensington however the Lions stormed back with 3 goals late in the game to defeat the Wolfpack 4-2 in non-conference play. Bill Groft, Jake Porter and Brandon Howe provided a solid defensive attack on the Lions and Tyler Kocevar scored the other WCCC goal as they fell to 1-2 on the season. They will hit the road on Saturday to Maryland and open up Region XX play with national power Montgomery College.
