Potomac State ends softball win streak

All good things come to an end as the softball team's nine game win streak ended yesterday as Potomac State swept the Wolfpack 5-2 and 6-3. WCCC had several chances to take control of the games but a few timely miscues cost them. Several players had strong games as Derica Crowley, Whitney Thompson, Melanie Welc and Rebecca Schnur all pounded out two hits apiece.  One of Thompson's hits was a double. Renee Jones, Emily Baker and Chelsea Houser all added key hits as the Wolfpack dropped to 13-9 on the season.
