Softball splits

Youngwood, PA - WCCC's women softball earned a split in WPCC play by defeating CCBC-Pa 12-3 in the opening game, then dropping the night cap 6-3.  Derica Crowley led the Wolfpack at the plate while slapping out four hits in the doubleheader.  Carrie Smith plated 3 RBI's while Leigha Arison and Smith both added two hits apiece.  Rachael Gerstel settled for a split decision in the circle while striking out 16 Titans on the afternoon.  WCCC improved to 4-1 on the season. Up next, the Pack will host CCAC South on Wednesday at 3:00 PM.
