Jamestown, NY - After an opening 70-49 win over Central Penn College, WCCC found themselves in the Tom D'Angelo Basketball Championship game in Jamestown, NY over the weekend.  Well, the championship game against Villa Maria didn't go so well as nothing went right for the Wolfpack during a 86-52 setback. WCCC couldn't get out of their own way with poor shooting and spotty defense. Brooke Kalp paced the Pack with 17 points on the afternoon while Chelsea Szakal chipped in 15 points as Kara Foster added 10 points.  Leading scorers during WCCC 70-49 win over Central Penn College were Szakal who netted 33 points, Kalp 19 points and Crawford tossed in 8 points. Szakal was named to the Jamestown Community College All-Tournament Team for her stellar play over the weekend. With the split, the ladies set at (7-5) on the season and will face off against Point Park JV's to finish out their first half of the season before the holiday break. The game will be played at CCAC South's campus, home of Point Park at 6:00 p.m.
