Women's Basketball Settles for Second Place

Butler, PA - Butler County Community College used a solid game at both ends of the floor to defeat WCCC 64-46 in the Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference Women's Basketball Championship game at BCCC. The Wolfpack had a solid team defensive night but never really seemed to get on track offensively as a cold shooting night didn't help their cause. Chelsea Szakal and Kara Foster each  assisted with 13 points while Brooke Kalp netted 12 points on a frigid night. WCCC (11-13) will be off until the Region XX Division III Women's Basketball Championships which runs from February 19-21 at Anne Arundel Community College.
