Women Grind Out Win

Elyria, OH - After jumping out to an early 12-4 lead, the women's basketball team battled foul troubles and came away with a hard fought 59-50 road win over Lorain County Community College. Sophomore, Brooke Kalp led all scorers on the evening with 20 points as block mate Baylee Riggle finished her night with 11 points. Kylee Surike tossed in 10 points as Westmoreland improved to 4-4 on the season. Up next for the Wolfpack is a rematch with Hocking College on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
