Women's Basketball Rolls to Win

Youngwood, PA - Rachel Garris scored a season 18 points as the women's basketball team cruised to a 71-34 win over CCAC Allegheny to open conference play. Every Westmoreland player scored on the afternoon as Mariah Laird tossed in 10 points, Alyssa Kalp netted 8 points followed up by Shelby Kimmick and Kathleen Camp both adding 4 points on the afternoon as Jessica Ruggiero netted 2 points which saw the Wolfpack improve to (7-5, 1-0) on the season. Up next, the ladies travel to Pennsylvania Highlands Community College on Monday, January 9  for a 5:00 p.m. tip off.
