Team Defensive Win

Cumberland, MD - Westmoreland received a true team defensive effort Thursday evening on the road but it was the play of Alyssa Kalp and Kathleen Camp that shined in the 50-35 win over Allegany College of Maryland. Kalp and Camp pressured the Trojans top shooters all evening as they never allowed them to get in rhythm. However several Wolfpack players found their rhythm as Rachel Garris netted 13 points in the defensive game as Alyssa and Brooke Kalp both finished the night with 12 points apiece. Defense was the name of the game this night for the Wolfpack as they now improved to (12-6, 3-1). The Wolfpack will return back to action next Saturday as they travel to Potomac State College for a 2:00 p.m. tip off.
