Women's Basketball Drops Tough Game

Butler, PA - Butler County Community College used a strong second half of scoring which allowed the Pioneers to earn a hard fought 73-59 win over the Wolfpack. Westmoreland used a strong first half surge on both sides of the ball but had issues with the Pioneers' power game which at times dominated the game. Top Wolfpack performers on the night: Brooke Kalp registered 17 points, Kylee Surike 12 points and Rachel Garris 10 points. The loss drops the ladies to (13-7, 3-2) as they look to rebound on Wednesday in hosting University of Pittsburgh at Titusville starting at 5:00 p.m.
