WOLFPACK CLOSE OUT SEASON WITH LOSSES AT PITT-TITUSVILLE

TITUSVILLE, Pa. - The Westmoreland County Community College volleyball team completed its 2019 season Thursday by dropping a pair of matches at Pitt-Titusville, both by 3-0 scores.

In the first match, Haley Kolar and Anna Edmonds each posted six kills and Arianna Matrone had four. Setter Morgan Bown passed out 14 assists to set up the offense. In addition to her work up front, Kolar served three aces and brought up a team-best seven digs.

In the second match of the night, Edmonds was again the top hitter with five kills, while Kolar and Julia Jumper had two apiece. Brown collected nine assists and six digs, while Kolar had a pair of aces of led the team again with 15 digs. Also playing well defensively was Jaquie Thompson with eight digs and Matrone with six digs and three blocks.
