Women's Cross Country Starts Season

The 2016 women's cross country team started off their fall season at St. Vincent College with the 6K mixer on Friday. Westmoreland placed 3rd on the evening as they competed against Carlow, Pitt Greensburg and the host Bearcats. Gina Mattei finished tops for the Wolfpack with a time of 30:10 which was good for 13th place while running mate, Alexa DeFrank was right behind in 14th place with a time of 30:24. Up next is the Westmoreland Invitational which is set for Sept. 10 at 10:00 AM.
