WOLFPACK DEFEATED BY PENN STATE-DUBOIS TO OPEN 2ND HALF

YOUNGWOOD, Pa. - The Westmoreland County Community College men's basketball team opened the second half of their season Saturday with a 118-75 setback to visiting Penn State-DuBois.

The visiting Lions raced out to a 60-36 lead at halftime and continued to pull away for the win. The Wolfpack did have five players score in double figures, led by Joel Lonigro with 14 points. Hitting for 12 each was Jacob Biros and Travis McCoy, who also hauled down a team-leading seven rebounds, while Tyler Diggs scored 11 and Dylan Bubarth tallied 10 in the defeat.

Westmoreland will return to the floor Tuesday with a road game at Garrett College in Maryland. Tip-off as the second half of a doubleheader with the women's game is scheduled for 7 pm.
