Wolfpack Could Not Overcome Early Run

Freshmen LaMont Rogers and Marquell Reaves each scored ten points Thursday night, but it was not enough, as Westmoreland fell to Penn Highlands 89 to 59.

Penn Highlands opened the game on a 15-0 run, and didn't look back.  Turnovers were the issue in the early going that aided Penn Highlands early run.

Aiden McCormick, Hempfield Area, pounded the glass, collecting 6 rebounds to lead the Wolfpack. While Keyshaun Thompson, Frazier, pulled down 5 boards as well.

Brandon Fetter, Greater Latrobe, also added in 8 points, while Thompson and Tyler Travillion, Yough, both added in 7 points each. While Marquell Reaves, Penn Foster, had 4 steals for the Wolfpack.

Next up for the 0-3 Wolfpack will be a 2pm matchup this Saturday against CCAC at their North Side campus.
