The Road to Nationals Starts with the WPCC Tournament

Friday Morning saw the men's and women's bowling teams take part in the WPCC Tournament, hosted by Penn Highlands.  

On the men's side, Westmoreland placed second to Penn Highlands 8189 to 8705 total pins. In the doubles event, Andrew Marcej and Luke Sunny placed second with 1255 total pins to Penn Highlands 1290. Larry Weaver and Jake Smith placed fourth overall in doubles with a total of 1109 total pins. In the men's singles event Jake Smith With scores of 187, 235, and 222 for a total of 644 placed for overall. In the five man event was more than place second again to Penn Highlands 8189 to 8705.

 
Sophomore faith Sheen was the only member of the women's bowling team to take part in the event. There were only individuals on the women's side and in the singles event Sheen place third overall with a 435 series, games of 139 160 and 136.
 
Next up for the Wolfpack will be the NJCAA region 20 championship held at Main Bowling Center in Greensburg on Valentine's Day starting at 10 AM.
