Kadas Makes All-American Team
On Friday afternoon, Kylie Kadas (freshman/Bishop McCort High School) became the first ever NJCAA Division III Women's All-American for Westmoreland County Community College. Kylie's 15th place finish gave her Third Team All-American Honors. Kylies rounds of 105, 101, 117, and 121 (for a four-round total of 444) was god enough to earn her the honors.
"We are extremely proud of Kylie. She was able to compete at a high level this season. From the time she started in the fall of her Freshman year in 2022-23, she improved her scores by over 35 strokes with a low score of 86,' said head golf coach Jeff Black. "Kylie gained much needed experience at last week's national tournament. We are so happy with her performance and proud of the exceptional poise it took to complete a four-day tournament."
