Tuesday night Westmoreland volleyball played host to CCAC, in a match up of former WPCC rivals. The teams alternated set wins with Westmoreland taking game one 25-14 , CCAC won game two 25-17, Westmoreland then took game three 25-19, the fourth set went to CCAC 25-22, before Westmoreland took a convincing game five 15-3. This was the Wolfpack's first win this season winning 3-2.
Leading the way for the Pack was freshman Gianna Pezze with 10 kills. Skyler Durst added 19 assists and 5 aces and the team's setter. Sophomores Sarah Fulton and Bryn Shearer both added double digit digs with 18 and 11. And freshman Faith Shean added in 3 blocks as well.
Next up for the Wolfpack will be a trip to Allegany College of Maryland on Thursday 9-14 at 6:00pm.
