Baseball Picks Up Win

Youngwood, PA - The Westmoreland County Community College Wolfpack and Garrett College Lakers each picked up a win on Thursday afternoon on a cold and chilly afternoon twin bill. The Wolfpack were in control in Game 1 behind a stellar pitching performance by Garitt Woodburn's complete game, as Westmoreland won 4-1. In Game 2, the Lakers scored early and often on their way to a 10-2 victory as the Wolfpack record dipped to (4-7).
