WOLFPACK BASEBALL FALLS SHORT AGAINST CCAC-BOYCE

MONROEVILLE, PA - The Westmoreland County Community College baseball team suffered a tough loss against CCAC-Boyce Thursday.

The games was tied at 2-2 after the Wolfpack scored twice in the top of the third, but CCAC-Boyce took the lead with a run in the bottom of the third and used a huge rally in the fifth inning to seize control.

Leading the offense was Nico Cuello, who reached base three times overall by going 2-for-3 with a double and walk and also scored a run. Trevor Nelson also had a double and scored once. Stolen bases were taken by Aaron Tumicki and Justin Brestensky.

On the hill, Brestensky had the start and posted two strikeouts

Wolfpack baseball is back on the field this Saturday, April 13th, against CCAC-South. The games have been moved to Seton Hill University.
