THREE WOLFPACK EARN WPCC AWARDS

YOUNGWOOD, PA- Three Westmoreland County Community College baseball players earned All-WPCC honors. 

Freshman Tyler Kuhns, freshman Nico Cuello, and freshman Justin Brestensky received the all conference recognition. 

Kuhns led the team in three catagories, including hits with 31, RBI with 11, and a batting average of .372. He tied for team lead in wins and had 30 strikeouts as a pitcher for Wolfpack baseball. Kuhns also placed sixth in the region for his batting average. 

Cuello led the Wolfpack baseball team in doubles with seven among his 21 hits this season. He had a batting average of .292 while also leading the team in walks (22) and on-base percentage (.463). 

Brestensky scored a team leading 18 runs and also had a batting average of .316. He also tied for sixth place in the region for stolen bases (10). 

Kuhns, Cuello, Brestensky, and five others are due to return for Head Coach Mike Draghi and the Wolfpack baseball team next season.
