Westmoreland played host to Penn State Shenango as the second part of their home and home series this season, Shenango won both games earlier this season.  This doubleheader saw Westmoreland earn a split of the two games, loosing game one 7-3, and winning game two 7-6.

Game one had Shenango jump out to a 3-0 lead, with 2 runs in the second and 1 run in the third off starter Sam Criger.  Criger went 5 innings allowing 5 hits and 5 earned runs, while striking out 4 batters.  Matthew Perez went the final 2 innings giving up 3 hits, and allowing 2 earned runs.

The Wolfpack did compile 11 hits in the game.  Freshman Bobby Etez, Jake Smith, and Sophomore Brayden Patton each brought a run home to account for the Wolfpack's 3 runs.  Perez collected 3 hits in the game and Smith added two more.  Eight of the Wolfpack's starting nine hitters had a hit in the game.

In game two Westmoreland scored 1 run in the first inning on a sac fly by Jake Smith, scoring Brady Stivenson.  Shenango then we on to score 4 runs in the top of the third inning, before Wesmtoreland answered with 4 runs of their own in the bottom of the third inning.  Owen Miller started the scoring with an RBI single that scored Matthew Scarpa.  Jake Smith then scored on a error on a ball hit by Cole Kennedy Citeroni.  Ethan Wilson followed that with a RBI single scoring Troy Waugh and Kennedy-Citeroni.  Westmoreland would add a run in the bottom of the fifth on a wild pitch, and a final run in the sixth on a suicide squeeze play by Dyson Murner, scoring Scarpa.
