Ruggiero Named to Post Journal All-Tournament Team

Jordan Ruggiero displayed a solid touch around the basket at the 2013 Post Journal men's basketball tournament in Jamestown, New York over the weekend. Ruggiero finished his weekend with 24  points against Lorain County Community College in the consolation game,  while on opening night he netted a career high 37 points against  Region 12 power Columbus State.  His outstanding efforts earned him a spot on the Post Journal All-Tournament Team. Ruggiero at times dominated the paint on either end of the court, while long time Post Journal sports writer Jim Riggs took notice and selected him to the All-Tournament Team. The Wolfpack and Ruggiero suffered a 94-65  loss to Columbus State on Saturday followed by a 108-87 setback to Lorain County Community College on Sunday.  WCCC (1-10) will travel to Lorain County Community College on Thursday for a 7:00 PM tip off to close out the first half of their season.
