Men's Basketball Win a Thriller!

McKeesport, PA - Basketball is a game of runs and that's exactly what the 2015-16 men's team did Tuesday on the road as they trailed by 6 points late in the game. That's when sophomore guard,  Reuben Edwards took the game over in his hands. The Penn State Greater Allegheny crowd awoken him and he responded with scoring 10 consecutive points which put the Wolfpack back in the lead.  That run along with  the steady and shifty play of Norman Ellis's 14 pts down the home stretch secured their 75-72 season opening non-conference win.  Jordan Johnson netted 19 pts as Edwards led all WCCC scorers with 24 pts. The men (1-0) will travel to Penn State DuBois next Tuesday, November 10 for a 8:00  p.m. tip-off with the Lions.
