Cougars Run Past Men's Basketball

Pittsburgh, PA - The men's basketball team was trying to sweep CCAC Allegheny in WPCC and Region play this season but a lackluster shooting night by the Pack compounded by the quick scoring strikes of the Cougars led them to a 93-71 win over Westmoreland. The Wolfpack (8-8, 4-2) couldn't manage many offensive runs in the game as they trailed by 20 at the half, however they did manage to cut the Cougars lead to 12 but that's as close as they would get. Top offensive leaders on the evening were, Daniel King with 19 points, Jordan Johnson 18 and Jalen Stevens 15. The men will return to action on January 25 when they host Pennsylvania Highlands Community College at 7:00 p.m.
