Bowling Eye's Conference Tiles

Friday morning the Wolfpack men's and women's bowling teams traveled to 814 Lanes and Games in Johnstown to compete in the WPCC Conference Championships, Penn Highlands hosted CCAC and Westmoreland for the event.  The men's team won the team championship with overall winners in doubles and singles, and the women's team finished as conference runner-up to Penn Highlands as a team.

On the men's side Ian Sunny and Chaz Lankey finished first (1058) in the doubles event, with Luke Savage and Ben Coleman placing second (944) in the event.  In the singles event the Wolfpack placed al their bowlers in the top six spots!  Ben Coleman's 572 series was the top mark on the day to take the conference singles championship.  Ian Sunny placed second with a 497 series, followed by Peyton Henry third (455), Chaz Lankey fourth (445), Logan Gustafson fifth (427), and Luke Savage (419) rounded out the top six places in the event.

For the women's team Alexei Rosendale and Ashleigh Walker placed second in the doubles event with a 786 series.  They were followed by Chryseis Smith and Hanna DeStefano placing third with a 721 series.  In the singles event Chryseis Smith placed third with a 432 series, and Alexei Rosendale finishing in fourth place with a 403.  While Ashleigh Walker and Hanna DeStefano placed seventh and eighth in the singles events.

Next up for the Wolfpack in the NJCAA Regional Championships hosted by Westmoreland at Main Bowl in Greensburg at 10am.
