Wolfpack Golf Earns All Conference Honors

Friday and Saturday the Westmoreland County Community College Golf teams wrapped up their fall golf season at the WPCC Championships at the Links at Spring Church.

Friday, in the rain, saw Carson McCully be the low man for Westmoreland with a 79. Matt Drahos and Conner Iarussi were right behind with scores of 82 and 84. Rylan Keslar and Will Toye rounded out the men's team on day one with scores of 92 and 107.

Friday also saw Kylie Kadas jump out to a commanding lead after her first round, Kadas shot a 95 on day one. 

Day two saw a much better weather forcast, and the team scores greatly improved. The men's team finish in second place by 10 points to Butler by a score of 669 to 659. Conner Iarussi and Carson McCully we both all conference award winners for the Wolfpack. 

On the women's side Kadas continued her dominance at the event winning by 27 strokes over the two day event. Kylie's final tap in made her the first WPCC Women's Individual Champion!

With this event in te books, the fall golf season has come to an end. The Wolfpack now turns their attention to the spring season where they will compete for the Region 20 Championship, and a chance for Kadas to become a 2 time All American and for the freshman on the men's team to make their first appearance at the event!
