Wolfpack Men Compete at Garrett

ACCIDENT, Md. - The Westmoreland County Community College men's cross country team competed in its second race of the season Saturday, as three Wolfpack runners ran as individuals at the Laker Strong Invitational, hosted by Garrett College at Northern Garrett High School.

Competing for the Wolfpack in the 6k race was sophomore Nathan Miller. He missed last week's race, but posted a time of 29:04 in his initial run of the season Saturday. Also running was freshman Ethen Hammer, who crossed the line in 32:10.

In addition, Westmoreland sophomore Nick Gabrielli ran as an independent and finished with an impressive time of 23:39.

The Wolfpack are off for a couple weeks before returning to action on Saturday, Oct. 3rd at the Penn Highlands Invitational.
