Prince George's Community College Squeezes Out Win

The defending Region XX Champions,  Prince George's Community College used several key baskets in the final three minutes to help secure a 73-66 win over the visiting Wolfpack from WCCC.  WCCC had the lead with just under four minutes left in the game but costly turnovers and poor foul shooting down the stretch let the Owls take control of the game for good. Brooke Kalp led all WCCC scorers with 21 points as post mate Chelsea Szakal finished with 20 points.  Brittany Crawford netted a season high 13 points as the Wolfpack fell to (5-2) with the loss.  WCCC will travel to Lorain County Community College on Tuesday for a 5:00 p.m. start.
