Women's Basketball Earns Tough Region XX Win

Youngwood, Pa - The women's basketball team used a strong first half surge and stellar team defensive effort to defeat Region XX powerhouse Prince George's Community College 65-47. Alyssa Kalp provided the scoring spark for the Wolfpack on the afternoon as she netted a team high 18 points, while Kylee Surike assisted with 17 points. Baylee Riggle dominated the boards at both ends of the floor as she pulled down 18 rebounds while chipping in 13 points as the ladies improved to (4-1).
