Montgomery Stifles Wolfpack

Takoma Park, MD - There's a reason why Montgomery College of Maryland is the 4th ranked NJCAA Division III women's basketball, it's called pressure and quickness. Montgomery used their press and athleticism to run out a 93-65 win over visiting Westmoreland (11-5, 3-1) in regional play. The Raptors created 32 turnovers on the afternoon as the Wolfpack never caught up to the game speed well into the 3rd quarter and then it was too late. Rachel Garris scored a season high 17 points on the afternoon while Mikala Misleany posted 12 points.
